Ninatrans specializes in time-critical transports. Our customers are mainly companies that expect a high degree of professionalism and for whom punctual compliance with loading and delivery times is of the utmost importance. Our task is much broader than just ensuring transport from point A to point B

Agreements about the customer's own procedures are laid down in a service level agreement tailored to the customer. The transport performance delivered is evaluated at regular intervals on the basis of this cooperation agreement and adjusted where necessary.

Together with our team of professional employees, Ninatrans is constantly looking for the most efcient transport solutions for its customers.

We are currently looking for a financial assistant / accountant for our office in Heverlee (Leuven). The package of tasks consists of:

  • Drafting, processing and follow-up of sales invoices and reminders.
  • Processing purchase invoices.
  • Support of general administration and calculation.
  • Booking financial transactions.
  • Organization and monitoring of the financial administration.
  • Prepare VAT returns.
  • Prepare interim and year-end balance sheets.

  • We expect you to grow in your role after extensive training. In a progressive way you will get more and more tasks with a higher responsibility.

  • You enjoyed a higher education within an economic direction. This can be a bachelor's degree in accountancy taxation, a degree in bookkeeping, ....
  • You have a first experience in a similar position, knowledge of Exact Online is a plus.
  • You are always willing to learn with a view to qualitative progress.
  • Communicative, flexible, stress-resistant, dynamic and team player are qualities that complement your profile nicely.
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and French.
