Human Resources Officer

- You work smoothly with the PC and quickly get new software systems under control
- You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French

Job-related competencies:
- Prepare and update documents for the follow-up and management of personnel (social overview tables, salary tables, vacation planning, ...)
- Welcoming new employees and promoting their integration
- Collect and summarize staff training needs
- Follow up contracts for the outsourcing of services (payment, recruitment, training, ...)
- Follow up handling of disciplinary measures and relations with legal authorities (labour inspectorate, labor tribunal, ...)
- Inform staff about social law and specific characteristics of the organization
- Enter payroll data (premiums, benefits, monthly salaries, deductions, ...)
- Check payslips
- Coordinating the activities of a team
- Organizing the social elections
- Follow up administrative personnel management: Pension and group insurance
- Follow up and update individual files of employees
- Filling the legal return
- Follow up administrative personnel management: Recruitment (sorting resumes, replies to applications, ...)
