All Road International (ARI) is a family-run transport and logistics company based in D\u00fcren, Germany.<\/p>

ARI is active in the FTL and LTL cargo market throughout Europe, with a focus on Germany, England, France and Spain. “This acquisition will enable us to further develop and significantly expand this strategically important distribution segment, strengthening our position in the market and taking advantage of new growth opportunities,” Ninatrans said.<\/p>

Over the past decades, ARI has built up a stable and loyal customer base. Managing director Andreas Reul (80) will soon take a well-deserved retirement. Thanks to this transfer to Ninatrans, he is optimistic about the future of ARI. All Road International will continue to operate as an independent business unit. Michael and Nicole Reul, the founder’s children, and Amin Karrakchou will continue to have an active management role within All Road International.<\/p>

ARI will make use of the expertise and innovations within the Ninatrans group, with the various transport entities also reinforcing each other operationally.<\/p>
