Job Description

As ICT Support Engineer, you will be part of Ninatrans internal ICT team. We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who will focus on the following:

  • Resolve IT issues of end users in the organization
  • Provide technical support for all kinds of IT projects
  • Detect improvement points and develop proposals to actually implement them
  • You are closely involved in the technological development of the organization
  • You think proactively about solutions for the integration and adaptation of new technologies
Job related competences
  • You have a broad, general interest in ICT.
  • You are a software guru full of fresh ideas with a range of insights.
  • Knowledge and experience with Mac, Linux (Proxmox, Ubuntu) and Filemaker is definitely a plus.
  • API, Python, C#, Microsoft 365 services or any other modern programming language are no strangers to you at all
  • You have a positive attitude and you adopt a correct and smooth communication style towards your internal customers.
  • You like to work in a team and dare to ask questions when necessary.
  • You have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is definitely a plus.
