Knowledge and experience - You have several years of work experience as a quality manager. In addition, you have a bachelor's or master's degree.
Responsibility - You possess the knowledge and are goal oriented and stress resistant. In this unique position, you enjoy working independently but equally show the flexibility to support your colleagues.
Initiative - You are a dynamic, positive and critical-minded person who actively seeks out additional information in order to continually build and expand your expertise.
Making a difference - Your department secures the quality level of Ninatrans. Many colleagues count on your expertise. Thanks to your communication skills, assertiveness and constructive way of working together, you convey your professional knowledge smoothly and ensure that something is done with it internally.
Language skills - You have a satisfactory knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
Attestation of prevention consultant level 2 is an added value.

Job related competences

Provide, manage and keep documentation materials current.
Develop and adapt quality procedures and verify correct application.
Monitoring and analyzing quality data.
Define changes and improvements.
Check the validity of the qualification of resources and persons (attestation, authorization, permission, etc.), certification, conformity of measurement and control instruments.
Raise staff awareness and provide training on approaches to quality.
Develop and implement the plan, phases and actions of quality follow-up (Risk Analysis).
A quality audit, a supplier audit, an environmental audit, ... perform.
