Job Description As an Internal IT Systems Officer, you will be responsible for supporting and optimising Ninatrans’ internal ICT systems and processes. You will work closely with various departments to ensure the efficient operation of our ICT infrastructure and provide technical support and advice to employees. You will contribute to identifying areas for improvement and implementing new technologies and solutions. Providing technical support to employees and departments, including troubleshooting. Identifying and implementing improvements in existing ICT systems and processes. Participate in ICT projects, from planning and implementation to evaluation and aftercare. Preparation and updating of documentation and manuals for ICT systems and processes. Collaborate with other departments to identify ICT needs and develop solutions that improve efficiency and productivity. Ensuring compliance with security standards and implementing measures to ensure the security of our ICT infrastructure. Job related competences Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, HBO5 or a related field. Between 0 and 2 years of experience in a similar role within an ICT environment. In-depth knowledge of ICT infrastructures, networks, and security (WLAN, VLAN, DHCP). Knowledge of VOIP is a valuable addition Servers: knowledge of Proxmox/Linux is an important asset You have a strong interest in AI and its application in technological innovations Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
