Job Description As Warehouse Administrator, you will be responsible for the administrative and logistical support of the warehouse. You ensure accurate processing of incoming and outgoing goods flows and contribute to the efficient operation of the warehouse management system (WMS). In addition, you are in regular contact with customers to coordinate logistics arrangements and work closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure the logistics processes run optimally. Responsabilities Management and processing of incoming and outgoing goods in the WMS. Support pallet management and registration of pallet movements. Prepare and manage warehouse documentation, such as pick lists, delivery notes and stock reports. Ensure correct administrative handling of transports and deliveries. Provide support in inventory management and perform periodic counts. Communicate with customers and our planning department regarding deliveries, pickups and any problems. Act as first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding warehouse operations and inventory status. Identify stock discrepancies and proactively seek solutions. Participate in process improvements within the warehouse and WMS. You act as backup for other team members. Profile Education: At least a secondary level degree (logistics, administration or similar). Experience: Experience in a warehouse environment is a plus. Languages: Good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is an added advantage. ICT skills: Experience with WMS and/or ERP systems is a strong asset. Knowledge of pallet management: Understanding of pallet registration and management is a plus. Accurate & structured working: You have an eye for detail and can handle administrative processes well.
